December 09Imperial One have completed another quick turnaround for one of their London based clients. The company whom is a private investor of commercial building stock were due to move into their new premises at the end of December and despite only contacting us in late October we have managed to construct new partitioned offices, carpets and vinyl flooring and completely re-decorated the area, on time and within a very limited budget. November 09Imperial One are in talks with a European fair-trade chocolate and confectionary manufacturer to provide multi-disciplinary services in the capacity as Cost Manager and contract administrator for refurbishment works at one of their UK production lines. The mezzanine will be fitted with various types of shelving to store both large and small fitments and access will be via a Part K staircase and a Part M staircase.
