Extensive High quality Refurbishment works to existing 1st & 2nd floor offices along with ground floor retail units covering an area of approximately 9000sqft. Imperial One were asked by the landlord to cost plan and manage on their behalf the refurbishment of the building which would enable them to re-let the existing office and retail space. Perhaps the most challenging aspect of this project was the works could only be undertaken within a specific 15 week window of opportunity, with a fixed commencement and a fixed completion date.
