Imperial One appointed to monitor 175 bed hotel project
Major Shell & Core specialist Refurbishment works to an existing 15,000sqft office block for a private landlord that came by referral. Works included a split level programme of renovations, alterations and refurbishment works to 3 main facility blocks along with restrooms, new offices and admin areas. Works also included the installation of a new structural steel mezzanine floor along with new offices, window replacement to the entire building, a new staff canteen and the re-cladding to the various elements of external walls within the factory. The project also involved a sizable portal frame extension to its rear factory operations with the construction works being carried out without any disruption to the day to day running of the clients business.
